Profit Finder (“the app”) is a mobile app, product and service. The app is available to you subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not accepts these Terms, do not use the App. By using the app, you accept these Terms.
Profit Finder is available for your personal and non-commercial use. You are not allowed to change, duplicate, share, present, recreate, publish, transfer or sell for any commercial purposes any part of the App. By using the app, you are automatically agreeing to the privacy policy here: profitfinderapp.com/privacy-policy.html.
We reserve the right to refuse current or use of the App.
The phrase Profit Finder are trademarks of Profit Finder and are owned by Profit Finder. You may not use or present these names in any manner without written permission. Any third party trademarks or service marks displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners.
Profit Finder reserves all rights not expressly set forth in these Terms.
By paying the subscription fee, you gain access to Profit Finder during the time your subscription is valid, subject the Terms.
Your Apple ID account will be used for payment and confirmation of your purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
The subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
The subscription fee may be modified at any time. Any changes will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Profit Finder offers a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
In-app purchases can only be refunded by Apple and with Apple’s permission. More information can be found here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 .
Profit Finder does not warrant that its functions or content will be uninterrupted, or error free, or that issues will be fixed. The App is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. By using the app you agree that you are using it at your own risk.
Profit Finder is not liable to you for any damages of any kind from your use or inability to use the App
These Terms may be updated by us when necessary without notice to you.
